Accounts and permissions Information provided must be accurate and sign-in credentials kept confidential. The agency owner is responsible for managing users, permissions and activity within the agency account, and for contacting the platform team if unauthorized use is suspected. Accounts must not be shared in a way that exceeds plan limits or granted permissions.

Use of the platform MaxoFlow is for managing travel-agency operations and content. Users must comply with applicable laws, respect others’ rights, and must not attempt to access data or systems without authorization, disrupt the service, or upload harmful, misleading or unlawful content.

Agency data and content The agency remains responsible for its records, their accuracy and its rights to use them, including traveler data, documents, images and product information. The agency must obtain appropriate permissions before entering, publishing or sharing customer data with its staff, suppliers or integration providers.

Plans and fees The pricing page or subscription screen shows the plan, features, limits, price and billing period available when selected. Functions vary by plan, settings and permissions. Payments, renewal dates and cancellation are subject to terms shown during subscription or by the payment provider. Creating a travel record in MaxoFlow does not by itself confirm a travel booking or supplier availability.

Suppliers and external services The platform may connect to suppliers, payment providers and external integrations. Bookings, services, cancellation and refund terms, and availability are subject to the terms of the agency, supplier and relevant provider. The agency should review details before confirming a commitment to a traveler.

Websites, themes and publishing The agency controls content published through its website and themes and is responsible for its accuracy and required usage rights. Website and publishing tools depend on the plan features, permissions and enabled integrations.

Availability and changes The platform is provided with the functions available at the time of use. Functions may change or be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, technical reasons or due to an external provider. We make reasonable efforts to maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the availability of every external supplier.

Account restrictions and closure Access may be restricted when there is a reasonable suspicion of abuse, a security risk or a violation of these terms, using procedures available in the platform. Account owners may contact support about their account or subscription.

Updates and contact These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an updated version is published indicates that the user has reviewed it, subject to any additional consent required by law or the subscription screen. For questions, use the Contact page or Help Center.
